Yes! You can create multiple guest books for parties, weddings, business events, retirements or any event under the same user account. Just log in, click on your email at the top-right corner of the site, and create as many guestbooks as you like. Note that each new guestbook requires a premium upgrade.

To create and download a PDF of your digital event guestbook, go to the ‘EXPORT’ section of your dashboard. Select the “Generate PDF” option. You can customize the layout and content before downloading it, creating a printable guestbook or an event memory album to preserve your memories. NOTE: Videos are not included in the PDF format. However, for each video, a frame from the video will be added, along with a QR code that allows you to view the original video directly on your mobile device.
Yes, with the premium versions of wed.tv, you can download a zip file that contains all the individual photos in JPG format, as well as all the text messages. This way, you have all the content at your disposal and can edit them as you prefer.
Your virtual guestbook stays open for 30 days post-event for new messages. After that, it is stored securely for 1 year (free version) or 3 years (premium version).
