Hosts can create a customized guestbook and guests can contribute via a code or QR code for photo sharing. The guestbook can be viewed on mobile, TV, or projector, and you can create a downloadable version (event photobook) to keep those memories forever in an event memory album.

Simply visit wed.tv, click “Create Guestbook,” and fill in your event details. Guests can contribute using a provided code or QR code for photo sharing. The platform compiles these into a digital event guestbook viewable on any device. You can also create a downloadable PDF or a shareable web gallery to serve as an event photo album. Yes! You can create multiple guest books for parties, weddings, business events, retirements or any event under the same user account. Just log in, click on your email at the top-right corner of the site, and create as many guestbooks as you like. Note that each new guestbook requires a premium upgrade.

The messages received from guests are delivered across three different channels: a web gallery, a TV slideshow, and a PDF for printing. The display of messages and photos varies slightly in each format. To see how they appear, we have some examples available from our demo guestbook:

Yes! For venues like hotels or museums that want a permanent guestbook or event memory album, our professional version allows for an open-ended guestbook with a guest count that resets each month. Billing is based on your selected plan.

Inviting guests to contribute photos and messages to Wed.tv is easy! Use our pre-crafted invitation template suitable for WhatsApp, other messaging apps, or email. At your event, display a customizable PDF invitation (editable via Canva) or a personalized QR code for quick guest access without manual code entry. Find these invitation tools in the ‘Invite’ section when setting up your guestbook.

The slideshow features all received pictures and messages, with each slide lasting 5 seconds. Messages and pictures loop in the order they were received, ensuring a continuous display. To kickstart the excitement, consider adding some encouraging pics and messages for guests to contribute, especially at the beginning when the slideshow is empty. New messages are queued for the next round, maintaining an updated flow. Additionally, the QR code for entering the event can be displayed in a corner of the screen, allowing everyone to join instantly by scanning it. You can also customize the appearance of messages on the screen.

To display the virtual guestbook or event photo sharing on a TV or projector, connect a PC via HDMI or a casting device like Chromecast. Visit the “DISPLAY” page on wed.tv and follow the instructions to set up your slideshow, including customization options for background and text.

Yes, you can delete or edit messages via the “MESSAGES” page on your dashboard. Click ‘reject’ to remove a message or the trash icon to delete it. Message editing is available on any payment plan except the free version.

Yes! Create a shareable gallery via the ‘EXPORT’ section and send the link to anyone. This is an easy way to create an online photobook or event photo album. You can also update or disable the link as needed.

To create and download a PDF of your digital event guestbook, go to the ‘EXPORT’ section of your dashboard. Select the “Generate PDF” option. You can customize the layout and content before downloading it, creating a printable guestbook or an event memory album to preserve your memories.

Yes, with the premium versions of wed.tv, you can download a zip file that contains all the individual photos in JPG format, as well as all the text messages. This way, you have all the content at your disposal and can edit them as you prefer.

Your virtual guestbook stays open for 30 days post-event for new messages. After that, it is stored securely for 1 year (free version) or 3 years (premium version).

wed.tv offers a free version for small events. Premium plans start at $9 (€9) for more features, such as extra storage and increased guest capacity for your event guestbook. For detailed pricing, visit our pricing page.

The free plan is ideal for small events, allowing up to 10 guests and 200 messages. With any premium plan, you can invite up to 1000 guests, download photos in an event photobook format, edit messages, and broadcast on multiple TVs for live event photo sharing. All premium plans also ensure your guestbook and web gallery are securely stored for 3 years, and remove the “donate to wed.tv” button.

Yes! While we work on simplifying upgrades, email us at info@wed.tv to manually adjust your plan. The same applies if you need an upgrade during your event to maintain continuous event photo sharing.

We offer a range of plans to suit different event sizes, from small gatherings to large events like birthday parties. If you can’t find a plan that fits your needs, or if you’re expecting a large number of guests and need to increase the guest limit, explore our options in the PRICING section. You can also contact our support team via email at info@wed.tv or WhatsApp for a customized solution. If you already have a Premium plan and need to upgrade, any amount paid will be credited toward your new plan.

For all premium plans, you can download your invoice from Stripe or request one via email at info@wed.tv. We can also provide pro forma invoices upon request. The default payment method is Stripe, but if you prefer a bank transfer, please contact us directly.
